The Heart Lake Kids Business Boss Event is a unique and inspiring opportunity designed to give young entrepreneurs a jump start in the world of business and set them on the road to success. This tradeshow exhibit-style event allows kids to start their own businesses and sell their products or services.

 

Here’s how it works:

1. Register for the Event: Upon registration, you’ll receive your FREE Kids Business Boss Start-Up Guide. This comprehensive guide teaches kids how to pick a business idea, start and manage their venture, and includes valuable checklists to ensure their success. It also provides parents with tips and strategies to support their kids every step of the way.  It is broken down into 5 weeks.  With each week helping you and child to get started in the world of business.  Register below and your guide will be sent to you by Aug 14th 2024, still enough time to get started this summer!

2. Attend the Kick-Off Zoom: Join our kickoff Zoom session to learn more about the event, get inspired, and ask any questions you might have. This is a great opportunity to gain additional insights and prepare for the exciting journey ahead.  This event will also teach your kids about networking and value proposition.  

3. Apply for Your FREE Booth (there is a $30 City of Brampton Insurance Fee): Once your child has their business idea ready, apply for a free booth at the Heart Lake Kids Business Boss Fair. This is where your young entrepreneur will showcase and sell their products or services, gaining invaluable experience and confidence.  This event will occuing in November of 2024 after your child has enough time to get their business up and running.
